Landmarks of various U.S. National Marks :

Yavapai Point: The point which offers a magnificent panorama of the colorful layers of Grand Canyon, Bright Angel Canyon which are formed due to over millions of years’ of corrosion caused by the Colorado River. Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona.

High Peaks Trail: A hiker’s paradise which offers the stunning view of sky-high, jagged golden rocks spikes, prehistoric looking condors with the wingspan reaching up to ten feet and prairie falcons. Pinnacles National Park, California.

Sunrise at Cadillac Mountain -Acadia: A sparkling lofty place where the sun rays alight first before enveloping the continent. Acadia National Park, Maine.

Yosemite Valley: A 3,200 feet deep valley, perhaps the most fabulous vista in any National Park which is home to a number of rare plant and animal species and highest waterfall in North America, Yosemite Falls. Yosemite National Park, California.

San Miguel Island: Where elephant seals and sea lions enjoy sea bathing in thousands; and which harbors more than 150 rare, unique animal and plant species like island fox, deer mouse, yellow blooming coreopsis. Channel Islands, California.

Denali Park Road: The 92-mile strip which leads to North America’s tallest mountain, opens up scenic glimpses of Arctic wilderness. To name a few – snow-capped peaks of Alaska, majestic loons, Toklat grizzlies, migrating reindeers, the sneaker meese. Denali Channel Islands, Alaska.

Everglades National Park, Florida: Everglades National Park was created to preserve the ecosystem and to protect the endangered species. Its million acres of wetland consists of saw-grass prairie, jungle-like hammock and mangrove swamp. It is home to more than 350 species of birds, 200 types of fish and thousands of trees. Roseate spoonbill, tri-colored herons, American crocodile, Florida panther, West Indian manatee – to name some of its peculiar denizens.

Hurricane Ridge: This spot gives an eagle’s eye view of the threefold blessed God’s paradise of Olympic which comprises – 1.snowcapped mountains with 11 rivers and multiple waterfalls  2. The temperate rain forests showcasing 20 stories high trees 3. 73 miles of Pacific coastline rich with colorful marine life. Olympic National Park, Washington.

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming: Yellowstone National Park features a number of geothermal wonders which embrace boiling mud pots, vividly colored hot springs, regularly erupting geysers and extensive wildlife comprising elks, bison, lynx, grey wolves, bighorn stags, grizzly bears etc. Watch multiple shimmering rainbows against the backdrop of expansive cascades, a real virtuality!

Kenai Fjords National Park, Alaska: Accessible via a boat-ride only, this National Park proclaims a dazzling display of huge blue tidewater glaciers, smoky fjords, huge chunks of ice plummeting into the sea from icy peninsulas and an abundance of sea life.

Saguaro National Park, Arizona :  A five-mile Bajada Loop Drive, running through the thick desert forest of Saguaro will exhibit a variety of giant cacti, wildlife and a variety of summer wildflowers.

Zion National Park, Utah : A great challenge to hikers and adventure lovers, who will find it irresistible to turn down the call from colorful sandstone canyons, steeply pointed spikes, hanging valleys. An arduous trail, scary slip offs and water sipping cliffs.

Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota: The famous Castle Trail, which can be best enjoyed on horseback, grandstands a mesmerizing array of rugged and steep ravines with multicolored rocks, crumpled hills, abundant wildlife and one of the world’s greatest fossil beds.

Great Smoky Mountains  National Park, North Carolina: Where abundance rules. The most visited national park with over ten million visitors in one year. In the party of 400 vertebrate species, 5000 plant species, thousands of orchids and flowers spread over hundreds of hiking trails, there is a novelty coming your way from every direction, every moment.

Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky: An epic underworld which nobody has been able to rule till date! Dare not go alone into this 800-mile-stretched multi-storey chambers (with no end yet found!) garnished with stone columns, frozen waterfalls, inextricably beautiful icicles patterns and subterranean wildlife.

Hawaii Volcanoes, Hawaii National Park: Kilauea and Mauna Loa, two of the world’s most active volcanoes with unpredictably flowing lava currents at one end and rainforests rich with birds at the other.The eerie sight and sound of bubbling lava is a spectacle too hard to forget.

Arches, Utah National Park: A huge natural wonder of stone art exhibition comprising of arches, bridges, columns, fins, balanced rocks, spindles and spirals.

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado: 72 snow-capped peaks at higher than 12000 feet glittering in the sunrays of rising sun…. ‘Crown of the World’, as it is felicitously called, is situated amidst the fir and spruce forests on Alpine slopes, scenic lakes, glacier valleys and its multifarious wildlife.
